Cindi Blechschmidt 
President/Co-Owner

As one of the owners of the company, Cindi juggles many functions that keep things rolling. Cindi excels at problem solving and is often consulted when difficult issues arise. Water chemistry is a passion and she is very creative with water problem solutions. You can often see Cindi about town in the company's mascot vehicle, The Water Bug.

David Herforth 
Parts Guru
Purchasing & Retail Division

David joined our company in 1997. David is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University with a degree in Art. David amazes us with his uncanny ability to recite part numbers from memory. And that is no small feat! We have over 9,000 parts in our inventory! David is an expert at finding obscure parts and is like a bulldog, once he gets his teeth into something, he doesn't let go.
David enjoys walking his six dogs each morning and taking care of the chickens on his gentleman's farm.

Greg Zurfluh 
Maintenance Technician & Customer Service
Maintenance Division & Retail Division

Greg originally began working with us in the Maintenance Division in 2008 but transferred to a part-time position in our Retail Division so that he could pursue his education. Greg has a great attitude and is ready willing and able to do whatever is assigned to him. Greg currently splits his time between the Maintenance Division and the Retail Division.

Jan Blechschmidt 
Vice President/Co-Owner
Electrical Administrator

Aside from being one of the owners of the company, Jan manages all of the Technical Divisions. In addition, Jan oversees and personally participates on all of our construction projects. His expertise has been requested extensively throughout the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, Mexico and Central America. Jan graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a degree in business.

Jim Otis

Licensed Electrician
Service - Repair Division

Jim is a Senior Service Technician who started with our company in 1992. With 18 years of experience in the pool and spa industry, Jim is one of the best technicians in the State of Washington. In Jim's 18 years of experience in our industry, he's seen just about everything. Jim is very creative and tenacious.

Jim is an APSP trained technician and he is also a licensed electrician.

Kyle Simpson 
Jedi Parts Padawan
Retail Division

Kyle joined us in November of 2011. Kyle was educated at the University of Montana majoring in Business. Kyle is enthusiastically taking on the responsibilities of purchasing, customer service and webstore management/development. Kyle has a great grasp on chemistry and is proving to be a valuable asset to our company.

Mike Zurfluh 
Senior Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Division

Mike is our Senior Maintenance Technician who joined us in 2006. Mike has excellent technical skills and excels in water chemistry. Mike is responsible for managing the swimming pools and spas on site for our maintenance customers.

Rich Anderson 
Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Division

Rich is the newest member of our Maintenance Division. He comes to us with some great experience and a very CAN DO attitude. He has a refreshing approach and a quick smile. Rich's primary desire is to provide his customers with excellent service!

Steve Bertola 
Senior Service Technician &
Licensed Electrician
Service-Repair Division

Steve has been with our company since 2000. With 12 years of experience in the spa and pool industry and previous experience in the Navy working with boiler systems, Steve is one of the best technicians in the State of Washington. Steve's favorite challenges are all things electrical. Steve doesn't talk much so when he does, pay attention!

Steve is an APSP Trained Technician and is also a licensed electrician.
