- Standing Tree Pose—This easy pose is meant to boost balance and strength. Stand in the hot tub and slowly lift one foot, situating upon the calf of the standing leg. Gently raise both arms in the air like tree branches and hold for 10-20 seconds. Repeat standing on the opposite leg.
- Half Moon Pose—Begin with feet flat to the bottom of the tub, and stretch your arms to the sky and clasp hands above your head in a full moon fashion. Stretch the upper body side-to-side with the hips moving in the opposite direction from your arms. Hold for a few seconds on each side.
- Spinal Twists—Sit tall on a seat and literally hug yourself, gently twisting to one side before flowing to the other and returning to center. Repeat 5-10 times.
- Seated Staff Pose—Sit and stretch the legs out to 90-degrees, and then slowly bend over at the hips to stretch the hamstrings. Hold for 15-30 seconds and then repeat a few times.
- Boat Pose—Begin in seated staff pose, but instead of bending forward, place the hands on the seat firmly and raise both legs slowly while balancing on your buttocks. Hold for about five breathing cycles, release and repeat about three times.
